Who We Are

 

Mr. Hayek is a security analyst and portfolio manager with nearly three decades of professional securities experience.  His work has been nationally recognized by Barron’s, Money Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, The Wall Street Transcript, local newspapers and syndicated national cable television’s Inside Money.  Mr. Hayek received his BA from Doane College and MS from the University of Nebraska. Additionally Mr. Hayek was sponsored for the Association of Investment Management and Research by his friend and mentor Sir John Templeton. Fred and his wife Kris reside in Fairhope and have eight children and fifteen grandchildren.

 

 

 

Mr. Kallen joined the firm following a career as an investment banker in New York and London with Morgan Stanley as Vice- President, Mergers and Acquisitions.  Eric’s focus within the firm is portfolio management and security analysis.  Eric’s opinions and analysis have been published in The Financial Times, The Wall Street Transcript and The Mobile Press Register.  Eric received a BA from Washington & Lee University and an MBA from The College of William & Mary. His civic involvement includes being President of the Mobile Chapter of the Washington & Lee Alumni Association and also by serving as a Director on the Board for Camp Rap-A- Hope.

 

 

 

Mr. Vosicky joined the firm to lead client services and operations after serving as an Investment Specialist II with Charles Schwab in Mobile.  As an Investment Specialist Joe was recognized by Schwab’s Chairman’s Divison for delivering outstanding client support.  Additionally, as a spokesperson for Charles Schwab in Mobile Joe's work has appeared on local network television affiliates and National Public Radio.  Joe is active in the greater Mobile - Baldwin community having served as 2004 Chairman for the Mobile Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting, a volunteer reader with WHIL FM Radio Reading Service for the visually handicapped, Katrina's Kitchen, Mobile Waterfront Mission and as a youth baseball and basketball coach.  Mr. Vosicky received a BA from the University of Kansas. Residing in Fairhope, Joe and his wife Kim have three children.

 

Maggie Allison  / Operations and Compliance 

 

Ms. Allison joined the firm following a career as a compliance attorney in New York for Bear Stearns & Co., as Vice President Controls Group.  Maggie’s focus within the firm is on operations management and compliance.  Ms. Allison, a native of Selma Alabama, completed her undergraduate work at Washington and Lee University where she received a BA followed by a JD from the University of Alabama School of Law.  Maggie is a member of both the Alabama and New York State Bar Associations and lives in Point Clear Alabama with her son William.
